Labour must reverse their cruel family farms tax

On Friday 21 November 2025, Nick Timothy, MP for West Suffolk, visited a family farm in Hundon. He spoke to local farmer David Claydon about his hopes to pass the farm on to his grandson Toby.

But like so many across the country, their future is now at risk because of the Government’s cruel family farms tax.

This policy shows a Government that does not understand farming and does not respect rural life here in Suffolk or anywhere else.

This the moment to say no, to demand that the Government rethink and reverse this harmful policy before it does real, lasting damage to Britain’s family farms.
