On Monday 30 June 2025, in a Delegated Legislation Committee Nick Timothy MP gave theOpposition’s response to new regulations.
He pointed out that the sums we pay for renewables on subsidies and hidden costs will go up sixty per cent by the time of the next election.
And this is not inevitable — it is a choice made by the Government. We will all pay the price as a result — in our bills and through weaker growth, fewer jobs and lower pay.
