  1. Most respondents (around two-thirds) said they did NOT think fireworks should continue to be available for private events (gardens or community events).

2. Nearly three-quarters of respondents said they do not believe current laws on fireworks are sufficient.

Do you believe the current laws on fireworks, including restrictions on sale periods, limits on noise levels, and rules on responsible use are sufficient?

3. Nearly 70% support introducing new bans or restrictions to reduce nuisance or harm caused by fireworks
