West Suffolk's new recycling scheme launched on 1 June. I have already heard from many residents about problems with bin deliveries and a lack of clear information. I want to understand the scale of these issues so I can hold West Suffolk District Council to account. Please take two minutes to share your experience.

- Grey caddy (food waste): every week
- Green lid (cardboard and paper): every four weeks
- Blue bin (glass, plastic, metal and cartons): every two weeks
- Brown bin (garden waste – paid for service): every two weeks
