Nick Timothy, the MP for West Suffolk, enjoys visiting businesses around West Suffolk.
In Brandon on 26 September 2025, he discussed the challenges and opportunities facing local firms with Graeme Craig and Karen Wilson of Omar Group, Britain’s premier park home and holiday lodge manufacturer.
Commenting, Nick said: “One of the big issues many business managers raise with me is recruitment. I am keen to see more collaboration between businesses, schools and colleges so firms can more easily spot, recruit and nurture talented young individuals from our area.
“I was bowled over by the scale and professionalism on the Omar Homes site and am very grateful to Karen and Graeme for their kindness in showing me around.”
