The Public Order Act is increasingly used as a blasphemy law to protect Islam from criticism. On Tuesday 3 June 2025, Nick Timothy MP challenged the Justice Secretary to support my Bill to stop this and ensure free speech. She continues to pretend we don’t have blasphemy laws in Britain. Labour are afraid.
