The Labour Government has made a number of policy changes on immigration.

The so-called “Boriswave” was a disgrace, and we need many of the people who came here on time-limited visas in recent years to leave the country when their visas expire.

On Thursday 20 November 2025, Nick Timothy MP challenged the Home Secretary about the holes in her plans to change settlement laws – and the absence of plans to reduce the numbers of people coming to the country.
