Nick opposes plan that would worsen Newmarket congestion

A planning application for Hatchfield Farm in Newmarket promised light industrial development. 

What is actually proposed is three distribution-scale warehouses with full HGV access on Fordham Road – already gridlocked at peak times and used daily by residents, commuters and racehorses. 

Newmarket Town Council has objected in the strongest terms. So have I. To read my submission to the council about this planning application please see below.
