A message from Nick Timothy MP:

“I have laid out the reasons for my opposition to the Government’s proposed Digital ID card scheme, and to the way ministers are forcing this policy on us without any debate, public discussion or election mandate.

“I have a survey asking residents what they think, and at the time of writing 85% of those who answered say they oppose Digital ID. I would like to continue to ask residents their views on key subjects, so look out for more such surveys.
