Please tell Nick Timothy MP your views on the Brandon Commission's findings

Brandon is a wonderful place. It has a strong community, brilliant businesses and a great array of volunteer organisations. Residents look after each other – something that is not the case everywhere. It's a special town.

However, like other places in our area and across the country, the town is facing challenges – including issues relating to the range and availability of different shops and services, the health of the town centre, employment, traffic safety, housing and access to amenities. Too often these challenges have gone unaddressed.

That is why the Brandon Commission was established: an independent body that spent months listening to residents, businesses and experts, and has now published a comprehensive report setting out more than 50 recommendations for transforming the town's future.

Its findings cover everything from improving primary care and creating opportunities for young people, to revitalising the High Street, unlocking new housing, boosting transport connections and establishing a strong local identity rooted in Brandon's remarkable natural surroundings in the Brecks.

You can read the report in full by clicking here.

As your Member of Parliament, I am keen to find out what you think of the report and its findings. Please complete the short survey below.
